LandStone Partners, LLC and its affiliates including Urban Land Advisors, LLC, (collectively “LandStone Partners”) operate as the Manager for a series of investment LLC’s and joint ventures involving the strategic acquisition, entitlement, development, and workout/restructuring of real estate assets. LandStone Partners invests opportunistically utilizing its proprietary deal flow and execution expertise to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns for its investors. LandStone Partners believes that reporting with integrity and transparency to our investors and business partners builds trust and loyalty which is vital to long-term success.

Our Founding
LandStone was founded in 2009 by Matthew P. Wade, President and Chief Executive Officer, in the midst of the severe real estate and economic downturn of 2008-2011 during which unstable market dynamics severely crippled the valuation of land, residential and commercial real estate assets well below their intrinsic value. LandStone adapted to the changing landscape by targeting under-valued distressed/foreclosed/REO assets and created value for it’s investors by acquiring distressed assets and maneuvering to obtain optimal land-use entitlements to further enhance the value of the asset for a profitable exit strategy. Since its founding, LandStone has identified and executed on more than $255 million of investment transactions.
